This is obvious, As a believer, I shall mention how it helped me to be guided by Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Life is precious, but it can also be remarkable difficult at times. Four Noble Truths.
- There is sadness.
- There is a way to get out of it.
- There is happiness as well.
The key to happiness is focus on your present. Nothing is stable or permanent in this world. Whatever has been created shall be destroyed, everyone shall perish, today or tomorrow.
